Instrument service and support means that you can get service and maintenance for both handheld and stationary units. Whether it suits you best to send the unit to us or we come to you, you are assured of experienced and well-qualified maintenance or repair of your unit.
Service work is always carried out by specially trained service technicians, either at your location or at our service workshop.
All our service technicians are trained in setup, programming, maintenance and calibration of all our products.
Aquasense is happy to perform service on an hourly basis. However, we always recommend that a service agreement be made for recurring tasks.
The service agreement gives us a better opportunity to plan the tasks and have the right spare parts in stock. This way, we can, in the end, make a lower price for you.
All service inspections are of course concluded with the preparation of a service report. This contains all relevant information from the work performed, as well as the date of the next scheduled service inspection.
Aquasense can also offer you and your employees training in maintenance and calibration of the equipment. This can be an advantage if, for example, the equipment is located outside our geographical reach, and/or if it is an advantage for you to be able to perform the task internally for other reasons.
