Water level and depth gauge 101 – water level and total water depth
The Solinst 101 Water Level and Depth Gauge features an extremely durable, laser-marked PVDF flat tape with an improved dog-leg design that is thicker, reducing adhesion to the side of the well casing. The gauge measures water level and total water depth. It is more consistent and has the sensor located at the tip of the probe. This gives you a better and more accurate measurement than before.

PVDF flat tape is laser marked every 1/100 ft or every mm; lengths up to 1500 m (5000 ft). New flat tape has increased tensile strength and electrical efficiency by using 6 strands of copper-clad stainless steel and 13 strands of stainless steel in each conductor. The P7 water level gauge probe is designed to allow immersion to 300 m. Sensor at the tip of the probe provides consistently accurate measurements in wells, boreholes and cascade water with near zero drift.
