The ultrasonic level transmitter dBMACH3/dB3 from Pulsar is used in conjunction with Pulsar’s wide range of controllers. From Black Box to the most advanced pump controllers.

Pulsar’s dB product range of loop-powered, intelligent non-contact ultrasonic level measurement transducers. The high IP 68 rating makes them suitable for applications where they may be at risk of being flooded and in applications with 100% humidity, such as pump wells and closed tanks. With the pre-programmed library of typical tank shapes or with a 16-point curve fitting, they can be programmed to output a volume signal. The ultrasonic level meters have a dispersion of less than 10°, and with adaptive self-learning function, it can be used even in applications where there are many potential false echoes from pumps, ladders, pipes, etc.
With this series, users are no longer forced to choose between high-current frequency-dependent transducers that are sensitive to electrical energy and thus need special protection of interconnected cables, and low-current transducers that perform well in hazardous areas but poorly in the simplest applications.
