About ODEON:
The instruments in the ODEON series are of very high quality and require minimal service and maintenance. The instrument has only a few buttons to control all functions, and the simple intuitive menus give you an instrument where instructions are practically unnecessary. The instrument is waterproof according to IP67, which makes it very suitable for both field and laboratory studies.
The digital sensors are waterproof (IP68) and thanks to the universal Modbus RS-485 connection you get a “plug & play” system that is close to maintenance-free. Thanks to the universal Modbus protocol, the sensors can also be connected to fixed equipment such as data loggers, PLCs, transmitters, etc.)

PHOTOPOD
With the unique additional module PHOTOPOD, the instrument can also analyze several chemical parameters for water quality, e.g. ammonium, copper, chlorine, nitrate, nitrite, zinc, etc. (more than 50 different parameters can be analyzed).
ODEON is available in three different versions:
ODEON X is the top model for those who need to measure several parameters simultaneously. Photopod can be connected, and with a special y-cable the instrument can be used with up to 4 sensors simultaneously (alternatively 2 sensors and photopod).
ODEON Open One is a single-channel instrument with open technology, where all sensors from PONSEL can be used. With a special y-cable 2 sensors can be used simultaneously.
ODEON Classic is an instrument where only one type of (optional) sensor can be used. Photopod cannot be used on this model. It is possible to purchase a software upgrade if you need more sensors, or use the photopod module.
