The Lodline 103 uses a plumb line attached to a laser-engraved cable and is primarily designed for use during the installation of gauging wells
The Solinst 103 plumb line also provides a simple method for measuring the depth to the bottom of a well.
The level is perfect for use when installing Solinst Model 403 CMT Multilevel Systems, as it allows you to easily measure the depth to the top of a sand or bentonite backfill layer during well completion.
It is also ideal as a general purpose, marked auxiliary cable. The plumb line consists of a strong polyethylene coated 1.6 mm twisted stainless steel cable with a minimum breaking strength of 122 kg. It comes in standard lengths of 30 m to 300 m. Other lengths are available on request. The cable is mounted on a solid, free-standing drum with carrying handle, plumb line holder and brake.
