DuraTracker® Flowmeter from Teledyne ISCO
The wording when we wrote on LinkedIn about the new flowmeter, and our trip to Ireland, to receive training in the new DuraTracker® from Teledyne ISCO, was:

But now it’s on its way!
That is why we are extremely happy to finally be able to announce that the long-awaited DuraTracker® flow meter has come to market, and our demo model will arrive within the next few days!
There were very positive first impressions from visitors at IFAT (Leading Trade Fair for Environmental Technologies). DuraTracker® will replace the current 2100 series, which will be phased out.
We can see a lot of solutions where this will be the perfect match!
This could be, for example, for detecting unwanted water, measurement campaigns and overflows.
What does Teledyne ISCO have to say about the new flow meter/logger:
Teledyne ISCO’s new DuraTracker® flowmeter, logs flow data, with the possibility of more functions that create a greater value than similar products on the market. This is especially true when multiple sensor connections and possible SIM card solution are required.
DuraTracker® makes flow measurement easy, with a rugged shell, low price, efficient operation, space to connect multiple devices and smart options for communicating data further.
DuraTracker®’s two-way communication works either via:
- Connection via USB port
- Bluetooth, which makes programming and troubleshooting easier in hard-to-reach areas.
- Mobile modem enables data transfer to and from the DuraTrack® and reduces the need to attend to the equipment.
It has several useful features. Many of them are not found in similar products:
- TIENet®: DuraTracker® is built on the TIENet platform (Teledyne ISCO Environmental Network) which allows plug-and-play sensors. With two available TIENet connectors, it can be used in applications: Single measurement, dual measurements for result reliability or multiple flow measurements. By connecting the TIENet 301 pH, DuraTracker® can also be used as a pH logger.
- Power: DuraTracker® is available in two versions – with and without battery box
- DuraTracker® without battery box can run on DC power from a power source or solar panel.
- DuraTracker® with battery box has two battery compartments. Each compartment can hold two lantern batteries or eight alkaline D cells. For low temperature applications, eight ISCO lithium thionyl chloride D cells are required.
- To double the battery life and thus reduce the need for site visits, an additional set of batteries can be installed in the additional compartment.
- The DuraTracker® enclosure can be opened on site to replace circuit boards, install a cellular modem, replace a SIM card, or perform general maintenance.
